Okay, I admit it: review-wise, I seem to be on a bit of a Pelikan spree the past few weeks. Yes, I promise that this will not become a Pelikan blog :-). But what shall I do with those folks in Hannover churning out one special edition after the next? These guys seem on fire!
Also, since I haven’t reviewed the last M120 that came out in 2016 – the green-black one – I couldn’t pass up the all too kind offer of Appelboom in the Netherlands to do a review of this M120 Iconic Blue. And I’m glad I did that and had a look at the pen, because it really is quite different from the M200 that it technically is somewhat based on. The difference is most apparent in the nib that is a lot more springy than the ‘standard’ M200 steel-nibs – a quality that I bet many will appreciate and enjoy. But enough of the pre-talk for now. See the rest of my take on that pen in the video review below!
Before we hop into the review, I would like to take the opportunity to thank Appelboom for supporting the review of this pen. You can also buy the Pelikan M120 Iconic Blue at their webshop (no affiliate-link, just a friendly pointer). And before I forget it, I will, as always with Pelikans special editions, add the remark that those mostly sell rather rapidly. So if you like the pen, it might be a good idea to be quick on the trigger.
Now check out the video-review below, which is, as always, preceded by some quick facts. Again, I hope the review is helpful and that you enjoy watching it!
