It has been about 7 (!) years ago that I have reviewed the Diplomat Aero for the first time. Wow. Time flies. Coming to think of it, it won’t be long that Scrively will celebrate 10 years of existence.
A lot has happened in those 10 years. Lots of innovation, lots of cool new models – and presumably also substantial increase in pen prices.
When doing the review of the Elox on hand right here, costing 225 €, I looked back to my review of the Aero about 7 years ago. Which, back then, was setting users back less than 100 €.
Essentially, they are both the exact same pen. Minus some small differences in manufacturing, which surely don’t warrant more than twice the price.
In the future, I thought, I will keep a bit of an eye on the development of stationery prices and markets more broadly. Having the advantage of having been a part of the industry since the year 2000, I think I might be in a quite good spot to be able to track back.
Having that said – let’s now look into the Diplomat Elox.
The video is, as always, preceded by some quick facts. Again, I hope the review is helpful and that you enjoy watching it!
