There have already been some TWSBI reviews on these pages here – the Eco and the Diamond 580, to be specific. A third model that seems to be pretty popular among fountain pen folks is the vacuum-filling Vac 700 that has recently been re-released in an updated version with some improvements on the ink shut-off valve regarding ink flow: the Vac 700 R. As I have never had a review of a vacuum filler here on Scrively – and as vac-fillers normally are far pricier than the Vac 700 – I thought this might be a good option to review yet another TWSBI, while also adding a vac-filler to the portfolio of reviewed pens.
Before we hop into the review, I would like to take the opportunity to thank MostwantedPens for supporting the review of this pen. You can also buy the TWSBI Vac 700 R at their webshop (no affiliate-link).
But now, check out the video-review below, which is as always preceded by some quick facts. Again, I hope the review is helpful and that you enjoy watching it!
