Every year, Lamy releases a firework of special edition colors for some of their pen models. The AL-Star is mostly among these – and not long ago have I reviewed the 2019 Special Edition color Bronze.

Looking at their iconic Safari model, Lamy had something special up their sleeves for 2019. Not one, but three special edition colors: mint glaze, blue macaron, and rose powder.
