Comparative Overview: Lamy Dialog 3 & Lamy Dialog CC

Here comes yet another episode of the “Comparative Overview-Series“, bringing you side-by-side in-depth comparisons of pens that you likely would like to just see like that: side-by-side.

The episode right here does focus on two retractable Lamy pens. On the one hand side we have the established Lamy Dialog 3, which was designed by Franco Clivio and released in 2012.

On the other hand side we have the – 10 years since the origination of the Dialog 3 – newly released Lamy Dialog CC, which is a re-conceptualized version with a shortened upper section, an end plate, and anti-roll top instead of a clip.

Lamy calls the Dialog CC “A pocket-sized masterpiece of technology.” At least the “pocket-sized”, me thinks, is somewhat debatable. How it overall stacks up against the Dialog 3? Check out the video review below!

Before we hop into the review, I would like to take the opportunity to thank Appelboompennen for supporting the review of this pen. You can also buy the Lamy Dialog 3 & Dialog CC in their webshop (no affiliate – just a friendly pointer).

Check out the video-review below, which is as always preceded by some quick facts. Again, I hope the review is helpful and that you enjoy watching it!
